DFW Turbo Registration

To register for the Turbo Training happening on March 5 & 6, 2009 at NorthWood Church in Keller, TX please fill out the form below and then click submit. A payment of $199 must be received one week prior to the event (unless you are paying by credit card the day of the event). Checks can be made out to NorthWood Church and mailed to 1870 Rufe Snow Dr. Keller, TX 76248 c/o Glocal Impact (make sure it says "Turbo" in the memo line). One registration per person please (don't register a group or couple on one form)
